• Updates job knowledge by familiarizing self of product information, features, specifications and other related work processes that may use in customer orientation.
• Give earliest promise date to customer based on calendar dashboard.
• Adheres to standards and guidelines of service calls ticketing.

To be a Customer Service Representative, you must be:
