Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team of software developers (20+)
- Work with the BA Manager, QA Manager and scrum masters as part of the engineering leadership group
- Staff development and performance management
- Solid experience in software development practices and methodologies (Agile)
- Maintain and improve engineering processes (including automation)
- Ensure compliance to procedures and processes
- Ensure code reviews and all QA procedures and processes are followed and improved
- Use reporting, metrics and alerting to monitor team productivity

JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in software development including 3+ years’ experience in leading large teams
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- Strong people management skills
- Strong understanding of build tooling and CI/CD experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate curiosity - asking “why/how” is actually a great thing. Experimenting with what works and new directions helps us improve.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- PC/Laptop with atleast Core i7 (quad core), 16gb minimum, 256gb SSD minimum, Windows 10 Pro 64bit
- Atleast 10mbps minimum internet speed.
