JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of timekeeping and employee benefis, company benefits and incentives
  • Maintains and files timekeeping record
  • Prepares attendance summary for payroll process
  • Upload payroll in the system
  • Monitoring and updating of vacation leave and sick leave
  • Administration of SSS, HDMF and other loans
  • Remits SSS/ Philhealth/ Pagibig contribution
  • Processing of Sickness/ Maternity benefits and reimbursements
  • Administer payroll reports and documentation including releasing of cash payroll
  • Monitors tardiness and absences of employees monthly and issues memos to erring employees
  • Files application for TIN and register new employees to SSS/ Pagibig/Philhealth
  • Files claims and documents with Company’s Health Insurance
  • Ensures that all cash advances are deducted from employees payroll every cut off and ensures their full payment
  • Monitors and request for Company’s office supplies
  • Organize and facilitate social and other Company events
  • Safekeep files of memorandum and policies
  • Ensures completion of pre employment requirements and assist in preparation of Day 1 documentation and orientation
  • Process and administer employees Company ID
  • Assist in the recruitment process and make sure that all new employees fillup the necessary forms before onboarding
  • Assist the day to day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties in all HR facets
  • Assist in all the permit renewals
  • Other functions as may assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or any 4 year Business Related Course
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as HR specializing Timekeeping/ Compensation and Benefits
  • Knowledge and experience with HR basic functions especially in Compensation and Benefits
  • Analytical and Proactive
  • Assertive and with good communication skills both written and oral
  • Personable and oriented and can deal with different type of people
  • Hardworking and can work under pressure
  • Computer literate
