JOB DESCRIPTION
- Can handle books of account
- Preparation of various accounting schedule: Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable, General Ledger Adjustments
- Prepare the company's cash flows (receipts and disbursements)
- Prepare voucher, check, credit/debit notes and other related documents
- Prepare daily journal entries and daily reports
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly BIR returns, forms and payments
- Preparation of basic tax returns and government remittances
- Assist in the preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Skills in maintaining accounting and bookkeeping records
- Knowledge in bookkeeping practice and principles
- Good analytical and detail oriented
- Good organizational, written and oral communications skill
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting
- Preferably Female of not more than 35 yrs. Old
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good in organizational and planning skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Has the ability to work with tight schedule and willing to render overtime
- Start working immediately, in full-time position.
