JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
* Maintains financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
* Prepares journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and
assists with monthly close processes.
* Contributes to the development and review of annual operating
budgets and performance projections.
* Maintains documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and
treasury and conducts internal audits.
* Performs monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Meets processing and reporting deadlines.
* Responds to information requests, reviews financial statements, and
assists with audits.
* Assists the accounting/Admin manager as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bookkeeper Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
* Fresh graduates are welcome
* Good in verbal and written English language
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* Good problem-solving and time management skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
