JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Team Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- we are seeking someone with a senior project/product management background in an IT (software development) set-up
- First point of contact for client - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Coordinate all meetings with the client + maintain meeting minutes/action items
- Thorough understanding of client systems
- Presentations to client executives
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of project initiatives to the client
- Coordinate client's project deliverables with the designated PH product manager
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance the client's experience
- Addressing any concerns or issues a client may have and working with internal resources to resolve them
- Coordinate client training as needed - very in tune with the client - almost part of their team - speaking their language, adopting their culture
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Qualification - Technical Team Lead from a BPO company with at least 2 years of experience in managing people and engaging with clients.
