Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the efficient operation of essential utilities such as electricity, heating, cooling, lighting, and water systems.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Respond to service issues or emergencies promptly.
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance and prevent hazards.
- Provide support to office occupants regarding utility-related concerns or inquiries.
- Clean the condominium of expats, ensuring it meets their standards and preferences.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Requirements
- Highschool Graduate
- Preferably with NCII Housekeeping Certification
- Preferably with 1 year relevant
- Open to work from Mondays to Saturdays
- Can start immediately
