Responsibilities:
• The focus of the role is to support and maintain our CME and CM (Cisco’s Call Manager Express and Cisco Call Manager) VOIP phone systems both hardware and associated applications such as Express Contact Centre, Attendant Console, Workforce Optimization Quality Manager and Jabber. The role will test your diagnostics and resolution skills whilst maintaining our SLA’s and customer satisfaction.
• Support CUCM (Cisco Unified Call Manager), CUC (Cisco Unity Connection), CUIMP (Cisco Unified Instant Messaging and Presence), UCCX (Unified Contact Centre Express), and Telepresence servers.
• Configure and manage PBX using MGCP, H323 and SIP Protocols
• Maintain and liaise with carrier with regards to PSTN, ISDN and SIP line services faults
• Rebuild and maintain FXS, FXO, BRI, and E1 cards on voice gateways router
• Configure and maintain call flow using UCS features (Queue Management, System Call Handlers, Route Patterns, Translation Rules)
• Configure and maintain UCS applications for customers (Jabber, EM, Agent, Finesse, AC, VM)
• Configure and maintain IVR scripts using CUE Editor
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the following skills are desired:
• A minimum of 3 years hands on experience with Call Manager Express (CME), Call Manager (CM), Cisco Softphones, UCS, Express Contact Center and other Cisco applications, MACD or Service Request
• A minimum of current CCNA/CCNP for Voice, or other higher Cisco certification.
• Hands on experience in managing video end points and servers
• Excellent diagnostics and resolution skills
• Strong customer service ethic and focus
• Exceptional English – written and verbal communication skills
