Job description

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will be a key contributing member of the ‘Data & Analytics’ Team, bringing value to the business through automation of processes in a manner that will generate efficiency and ensure consistency and quality of output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand current processes
  • Ensure alignment of automation project scope and key stakeholder expectations
  • Actively seek user feedback to streamline and standardise business processes
  • Builds RPA project using industry leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Work Fusion, Alteryx)
  • Testing and monitoring RPA solution
  • Handling exceptions and providing first level support
  • Monitoring and reviewing process analytics
  • Reporting RPA solution performance to the project sponsor, key stakeholders, and the Sr. Manager for Business Development
  • Proactively advance his/ her knowledge of automation technologies through self-study, hands-on experience, and formal trainings.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business or related course.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working robotics process automation in any of tools e.g. UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Alteryx
  • Preferably with experience in any of the following tools/programming language: VBA, Javascript, html, css, python, google apps script, SQL
