JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology / Guidance And Counseling Stream
- At least with working experience as a counselor in an academic environment
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong in oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Professional and open to learning
- Committed to Students' well being
- Strong work ethics, values and character formation
