JOB DESCRIPTION
The Subject Teacher teaches the students. He/She is expected to prepare effective lesson plans and to implement an efficient classroom management routine. He/She is required to consistently and fairly assess, evaluate, and give feedback on the students' performance. He/She is expected to effectively impart desirable learning experiences to the students with the use of varied teaching strategies and instructional materials.
JOB QUALIFICATION
-Must possess at least Bachelor's /College Degree
-Professional License in Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent is an advantage
-Preferably with working/teaching experience
-Master's Degree or with Masteral units a plus
-Strong in oral and written communication skills
-Strong leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills
-Professional and open to learning
-Committed to Students' well being
-Strong work ethics, values and character formation
