JOB DESCRIPTION

We're Hiring!!!

We are looking for Front Desk Officer!
Assign branch: Motech Visayas Ave.
Address: 121 Visayas Ave. Brgy. Bahay Toro, Quezon City

Key Objective:
To contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by properly implementing company’s marketing and billing systems and procedures and give support in doing marketing plans

Objectives:

- OPERATION: Attend to customers’ needs and inquiries.
- ACCOUNTING: Assist the Shop Supervisor with office sales and inventory monitoring.
- ACCOUNTING: Preparation of billing and sales report.
- MARKETING: Recommend some marketing plans.

 

-Willing to work in Visayas Ave. Quezon City

Can start immediately.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Specific Objectives:

- Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to maximize their experience.
- Provide information to callers who have inquires.
- Assist with various clerical duties as needed.
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all guests and co-workers.
- Informs customers about on-going promos, warranties and benefits.
-Knowledgeable in AUTO WORKS is a must!!!

Sales & Billing:
- Do office sales
- Maintains availability of stocks (min-max)
- Prepares technicians daily sales objective
- Prepares customers’ bill-accounting
- Prepares weekly sales report
- Propose marketing plans
- Prepares month end reports
