JOB DESCRIPTION
- Enables management decision making by providing support in business planning and forecasting activities through financial forecasts, cost-benefit analysis, budget and variance analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations among others
- Supports fund raising activities by providing valuations, forecasts, and liaising with potential partners or investors and financing institutions
- Provides cash forecasts to improve cash management
- Supports various business units by creating and maintaining financial models for pricing / business development purposes and for permitting purposes, as necessary.
- Assists in any corporate restructuring, tax planning and other special projects as needed.
- Maintenance & Review of Project Costing Schedules and ensuring adherence to Project Timeframes & Budget.
- Production & Maintenance of Project Plans.
- Working with the Engineering Team to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Preparation of Job Instructions.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering.
- Experience in working with solar energy/PV projects is a definite advantage and must have at least 5 years’ experience in managing projects.
- High Level of Organizational & Planning Skills. Required Skill(s): QA, QC, Safety, Compliance, Reports, Scheduling, Documentation
- Must have a very strong analytical skills and experience in project management, scheduling, and delivery.
- Able to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Detail-oriented and could work with minimal to no supervision
- Able to maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Excellent Written & Verbal English.
- Strong Customer Service Focus
