Job: INTERNATIONAL MARKETING PARTNER (IMP)
Department: Sales
IMP Responsibilities:
-Promote the sale of properties of Ayala Land through marketing, open houses, and membership in multiple listing systems
-Attend client meetings
-Create content for documents such as sales presentations.
-Attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings. -Represent the company during events, roadshows, booths, and assemblies
-Manage the signing of paperwork and the distribution of payments during property closings.

REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 18 years old
-High School Graduate
-PLUS: Graduate of any 4-year course (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred)
- PLUS: 1 to 3 years experience in industry sales is a plus

Ayala Land, Inc. (“ALI” or “the Company”) was organized in 1988 when Ayala Corporation decided to spin off its real estate division into an independent subsidiary to enhance management focus on its real estate business. ALI went public in July 1991 when its Class “B” Common shares were listed both in the Manila and Makati Stock Exchanges (the predecessors of the Philippine Stock Exchange - PSE). On September 12, 1997, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the declassification of the Company’s common class “A” and common class “B” shares into common shares.
