JOB DESCRIPTION
| POSITION DESCRIPTION: • Monitoring of all administrative task of finance section and assuring its completion POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure that all the received accounting related concerns were answered and closed • Organize the filing of all accounting documents • Receiving and transmittal of accounting docs to other departments • Centralize the answering of finance calls • Emailing the HR of the cheques available for release • Organize the schedule and releasing of the cheques • Organize the everyday task of the liaison officer OTHERS: • Other task that may be assign to help the section in delivering reliable and timely output. |

• Must be at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Finance/ Accountancy, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
