RAN KPI expertise, especially on Huawei system.

interact with customer on every aspect of RAN for improvement, troubleshooting, consulting etc.

understand customer’s network and its pain areas and provide solutions.

lead RF/RAN team to achieve specific goals laid by project committee Expert on RAN tools and automations aspects

communicate OEM ,Tools & product vendors on deep technical issues

drive RAN related projects Very high understanding of network Planning related aspects like RF planning tools, planning processes and market analysis for coverage and capacity Very high understanding of complicated network related processes like carrier aggregation, Spectrum re-farming etc.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Minimum experience of 12-15 Years in RF Optimization & NPM domain. Able to manages and lead a team of RF/DT engineer. Deep knowledge on RF Optimization of Huawei 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. Deep knowledge on all the Parameters & Timers of multiple MO classes. Understanding of features required & related parameter settings for efficient Optimization. Shall have detail knowledge of the trade-off if any associated with any change in the network. Knowledge on all the different types of PM reports. Knowledge on layer management strategy and ability to change the same. Thorough knowledge on LTE events A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, B2 Thorough knowledge on the Antenna structure & propagation and impact of physical optimization. Knowledge on impact of Transmission & Core activities on RAN Network. Ability to deal with leads of other domains. Strong Analytical Skills. And not limited to RAN PM reports, Alarm, event analysis and impact on RAN performance, Customer complaint analysis.
