JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Updating and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transacions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, etc.)
- Assisting the Admin in recording, computing and issuing of payroll to the employees and workers
- Verfiying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Preparing of Statement of Accounts for HDD Investors
- Recording and submitting of expense budget of projects
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Providing input into department's goal setting process
- Preparing financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Preparing of billing documents and collecting of receivables
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and organization skills
- Ability to execute, follow-up, and ensure attention to detail
- Manages time well and multi-tasking
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization
- Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
