JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage various internal and external Tele-Sales programs (including retention) and teams to support Management’s and Client’s strategic vision in tele-sales
- Measure the Tele-Sales effectiveness and productivity performance in order to drive the bottom-line improvements
- Identify and address needs in strengthening Tele-Sales such as but not limited to developing various workflows and processes, tactics, scripts used for various Tele-Sales activities for superior customer experience, timeliness, and a high level of efficiency
- Support new project / program implementation by 1) working with the key internal and external POCs at all levels to define the requirements, 2) collaborating with internal / external POCs to develop Tele-Sales programs meeting Client’s requirements, 3) managing the performance, and 5) supporting any other activities as directed.
- Own and ensure the delivery of various requests end-to-end with timely and proactive engagement (e.g., change requests, escalations, inquiries)
- Must collaborate internally and externally to solve complex operational issues and report to Operations Manager
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 3-5 years of experience in phone sales including outbound cold calls in gaming, online casino, IT company or E-commerce industry
- Proven track record of success in Tele-Sales activities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to maintain effective working relationships with Clients and Business Partners
- Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Able to drive results under high pressure circumstances
- Detail oriented and highly organized for ensuring accuracy in various tasks handled
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information handled
- Exhibit great sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
- Disciplined, self-motivated and carries a keen analytical mindset
- Highly proficient in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
