JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare sales quotation and sales order.
- Create proposals. Organize and manage all the Sales report monitoring including the achieving -quotations, proposals, DR, PO, and SI.
- Provide full assistance and support to Sales nationwide for emails and calls needed.
- In charge of the PO and blanket PO monitoring of the customers. Provide admin assistance and support
- Monitor the pick-up process of the samples. Document and process files needed by Accounting for collection and SI process. Call and email engagement with customers in line with the Sales and AR needed by the company.
