1. Creating and processing Sales Orders.
2. Respond to all incoming calls along with Customers' needs plus requests.
3. Communicating feedback from customers to the Sales Team.
4. Coordinate stocks availability and scheduling of delivery.
5. Prepares all necessary documents for deliveries.
6. Coordinate with Account Officers regarding any question, concern or else discrepancy
7. Check and endorse delivery documents to Accounting (for SI and Processed DR & SI).
