JOB DESCRIPTION
The fixed asset controller position is accountable for recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible)
• Ensures proper handling of items including the proper packing, labeling, stocking / binning and organizing items on shelves to protect or safeguard items from damage and pilferage while in stock
• Prepares and issues required general materials, commissary and inflight materials, construction materials, and supplies, documents as requested thru authorized withdrawal document
• Updates accurately and timely the Inventory Management System (Oracle) of the items issued to end-users.
• Pulls out/Retrieves expired items from the bin
• Generates and promptly submits reports as may be required by management
• Maintains proper housekeeping in the warehouse area for a hazard-free environment/ workplace.
• Prepares periodic/weekly reports such as fast-moving items, non-moving items, expired items list, etc
