JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Help ensure internal database items are accurate and updated.
2.Help ensure online platform database items are accurate and updated.
3.Enhance internal database to include historical data from previous shipments.
4.Enhance and maintain supplier directory.
5.SAP encoding for operations team.
6.Prepare cost analysis per shipment.
7.Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts with suppliers.
8.Work with other operations team members and interns to accomplish the tasks in this list.
9.Any and all other tasks as prescribed by management
