JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for sourcing candidates and ensure availability of labor at all times
- Conducts screening of job applicants in accordance to client's specifications and deploy them accordingly
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using various groups and sites
- Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
- With experience in related field is a plus
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
- Can start immediately
