JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Answers phone calls in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible.
  • Provides excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by keeping up to date on training and internal communications
  • Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must have at least a Highschool Diploma
  • With at least 1 year of customer service/ BPO experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (office is located in Quezon City)
