JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answers phone calls in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible.
- Provides excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by keeping up to date on training and internal communications
- Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must have at least a Highschool Diploma
- With at least 1 year of customer service/ BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (office is located in Quezon City)
