Provides efficient support to the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
Assist in documentation and filing of records for both administration and upper management.
Duties include general clerical, making travel and meeting arrangements, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing, Management, Office Administration, Secretarial, or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1-2year of solid working experience in administration and general clerical.
Must possess excellent phone etiquette, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to multi-task.
Good computer literacy
Candidate must be willing to work in Annapolis Greenhills, San Juan City.
