Conduct the necessary candidate sourcing activities including but not limited to the use of the Client’s talent databank, online advertisements, online forum, and field recruitment.
Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including paper screen, initial phone interview, face-to-face interviews, and administration of testing materials.
Coordinate interview schedules between Hiring Managers and candidates.
Manage candidates/applicants' expectations prior to endorsement.
Administer and Facilitate Job Offer to Candidates.
Facilitate Pre-employment requirements.
To conduct candidate character reference checks when necessary.
