• Develop and implement sustainable and successful marketing strategies to promote and grow the assigned retail channel (for both e-commerce and brick & mortar stores, including marketplaces) to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute best-in-class consumer advertising and communication campaigns with maximum impact in influencing consumer behavior and beliefs.
• Develop and execute drive to the store (online and offline) and regular promotional campaigns with the goal to convert to sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Mass Communication)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing and brand management
• With experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in the retail industry
• With a great eye for content design and is up to date on design trends
• Experience in managing agencies is a must
• With experience and knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, and other digital platforms.
• With excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well with different groups
• With experience leading multiple projects effectively and simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written skills in both English and Tagalog, with excellent communication and presentation skills
