We are looking for Customer Care Associate (CCA) in our Makati office.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Sales and Customer-Service Oriented
- Can manage customer inquiries and provide customer information about company services and closing of appointments/consultation schedules for the clinics
- Candidates must be personable, sales driven and with outgoing personality
- Can work harmoniously with a positive attitude at work and good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in MS excel and FB
- Can speak and write :English and Tagalog
- Dental experience an advantage
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): communication skills, good interpersonal skills
