We are in need of Field Operations Officer to support our branches network organization, with objective to facilitate and promote efficiency of the operations department.

Job role:

- Audit physical inventories to ensure reliability of reorders levels

- Audit Operations Policies to suggest improvements and draft new policies

- Implementation Operations Policies to help maintain consistency of service across the network

- Audit Maintenance to monitor and manage continuous operations of the branches

- Perform operations trainings attention to the staffs and doctors

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry/ Nursing/ Medical/Business Administration or related course

- At least 2 year experience healthcare industry is an advantage but is not

a requirement

- Proven experience in supervising field operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Flexible and amenable to work in different locations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Keen to details and good in contract terms and pricing.

- Evaluate performance level of clinics for quality purposes.
