JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Passionate and good RECRUITERS who can start ASAP
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Current knowledge of effective recruitment and engagement methods.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with different tech stacks and tech roles (e.g. Back End Engineer, QA Engineer, Full Stack Engineer).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
  • Able to excellently manage time to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure, especially to anticipate contingencies concerning the nature of work.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing and highly regulated environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive fast learner with an interest in operations and team management.
  • Be an excellent team player with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
SETUP: #HYBRID (must be flexible working #ONSITE and from #HOME)
SCHEDULE: Must be open to any shift 
Location: Makati or Taguig or Quezon City
