JOB DESCRIPTION

The Accounting Assistant supports the day-to-day business in the Accounting Department, and performs the following but are not limited to;

  • Processing and monitoring of AR/AP
  • Assists in the preparation of the financial report
  • Recording and filing of cash transaction
  • Preparation of cash disbursement, check voucher, etc.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails and phone calls.

JOB QUALIFICATION

What we need...

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy
  • Prior experience as Accounting Assistant is a plus
  • Familiarity in General Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Finance
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PPT) 
  • Must be keen on details, organized, efficient, flexible, trustworthy, and fast learner
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work onsite at Parañaque City
