We are looking for:

• A candidate who can plan and create a B2B Facebook ad from scratch to generate leads for a high ticket item. 
• A candidate who can identify an issue with an ad and be able to troubleshoot accordingly
• Someone who knows the nitty-gritty of FB Ads manager and is always up to date with FB changes.
• Someone with experience in generating B2B leads through Facebook Ads

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will build and manage clients’ Facebook .
• Will work within the clients’ budget to achieve phenomenal results.  
• Writing Copy for Facebook Ads
• Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads
• Generating B2B leads using Facebook Ads
• Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
• Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
• Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
• Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
• Plan and execute paid internet marketing campaigns for the clients. 
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
• Measure and optimize our Facebook ads

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more)
• Some experience forecasting/reporting results.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to do some graphic design work using tools like Adobe Suite or Canva
• Detailed-oriented and organized.
• Must have a do-what-it-takes attitude; has initiative
• Temporarily work from home, applicant must have reliable internet connection, a robust computer system with dual monitor
