Service Desk- Tech Support

 

Industry Setting: Tech Support - Service Desk - VIP support

 

Level of Interaction

Attends to Store Managers, Clients, Vendors, and VIPs regarding analysis and closure of escalated or persistent technical issues via phone and email. These technical issues revolve around Microsoft Outlook, VPN, Network Configuration,  desktop computers, printers/scanners and remote desktop.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Skillset/Workexperience/Background

  • Candidate should be able to troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook (Network Mapping, Active Directory – creating new Microsoft Outlook accounts)
  • Knowledge in supporting executives of the company to any IT related queries; Strong attention to detail; Good Business English.
  • Service Desk background preferred
    Proficient in MS Office Suite
    Proficiency and certification for the following is a plus: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation (ITIL),CompTIA A+,
    CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security

 

Minimum Educational Attainment: High School Graduate

BPO Experience:

  • With minimum experience of 1 yr in the BPO industry in a Tech troubleshooting. Candidate should be able to troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook (Network Mapping, Active Directory – creating new Microsoft Outlook accounts)
