Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Developer, Customer Service!

In this role, you are responsible for B2C Voice and Email Customer service

Responsibilities

  • Answers questions & resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers & plan sponsors;
  • Categorizing level of priority of requests & coordinating with the appropriate staff; documents & tracks contacts with members, providers & plan sponsors;
  • Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance to contract;
  • Handle complaints (member/provider), grievance & appeals (member/provider) via relevant recording & reporting system;
  • Determines applicable coverage provisions & verifies member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence & internal referrals.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications

  • Com /graduate
  • Customer service background in same industry
  • Good communication & negotiation skills; strong understanding of medical terminologies

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
