Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Developer, Customer Service!
In this role, you are responsible for B2C Voice and Email Customer service
Responsibilities
- Answers questions & resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers & plan sponsors;
- Categorizing level of priority of requests & coordinating with the appropriate staff; documents & tracks contacts with members, providers & plan sponsors;
- Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance to contract;
- Handle complaints (member/provider), grievance & appeals (member/provider) via relevant recording & reporting system;
- Determines applicable coverage provisions & verifies member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence & internal referrals.
JOB QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications
- Com /graduate
- Customer service background in same industry
- Good communication & negotiation skills; strong understanding of medical terminologies

- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
