JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

1.      Digital Presence Management

a.      Manage social media and other digital platforms of the company

b.      Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity

c.      Create and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

d.      Convert followers into customers with engaging, responsive, and captivating social media interactions

e.      Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content

f.       Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner

g.      Monitor site metrics, insights, and best practices, and use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or adjust key messages accordingly

h.      Measure the success of every social media campaign by preparing monthly reports on social media sales & marketing efforts

2.      Sales and Business Development

a.      Create connections with other online sellers for possible bulk sales opportunities

b.      Create concept and oversee physical stores

c.      Generate leads and convert customers from all our channels: online, and physical stores.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

·        Must love plants

·        Has at least 1-year social media experience in developing strategy, community management, creative directing, content creation, copywriting, customer service, and analyzing data in a corporate or agency setting

·        Degree in Marketing or relevant field

·        Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom or Canva

·        Experience in SEO is a plus

·        Willing to travel occasionally, transportation provided

Key Performance Areas

·        Amount and quality of content published

·        Number of followers

·        Monthly sales per sales channel: online (FB/IG), stores, wholesale (resellers/business partners)

·        Customer engagements – likes, shares, comments

·        Inquiries

·        Conversion rate of followers to buyers
