- Petty Cash Management
- Daily and Monthly Cash Disbursement
- Payment and Receipt Monitoring
- Payment and Receipt Reconciliation
- Bank Summary Report
- Bank Reconciliation Report
- Daily Vehicle and Fuel monitoring Report
- Preparation of Sales Invoice and Official Receipt
- Time to time job assignment by the management
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Accounting or other related degree
- With atleast 1 year experience in accounting
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- High level of accuracy.
- Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Administrative skills.
