Cost control analysis

· Review of P.O.

· BOQ Monitoring

· Payroll

· Budgeting

· Making financial forecasts

· Preparation of documents for bank-related transactions

· Performs Audit function on cash management and record keeping system.

· All other duties and responsibilities that the company executives may require from time to time

· Ensures all request for payments are accurate and authorized

· Ensures strict compliance to payable policies and control procedures

• Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting related courses
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar position, providing administrative support preferably in a construction company
• Takes initiative and has strong problem-solving skills
• Computer proficient
