• Evaluate business demands by obtaining a deep understanding of requirements against business processes;
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis and effectively communicate these requirements to the Demand Officer, EA, Security, account and technical leads, etc. 
• Anticipate business demands from information gathered during meetings and planning sessions;
• Facilitate the ITD Clearance process for specialized tools;
• Monitor demand budget utilization;
• Process Coupa request for demand-funded tools and monitor its renewal;
• Consolidate all demands received by different divisions and maintain the demand pipeline database;
• Support the CPG prioritization exercise;
• Ensure that business cases are checked, and requirements are validated with business before submission to ART, IWG, and other governance processes;
• Participate in the request for information (RFI) for demands received;
• Assist in logistics and presentation materials for business and other demand meetings;
• Assist in the revision of various demand management documents;
• Document new processes and procedures and propose improvements in the demand management process.

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

• Has at least five years experience in business analysis;
• Knowledgeable (hands-on experience preferred) with various ADB’s technology platforms and cloud-based IT productivity tools, e.g., Oracle, Microsoft O365 and SharePoint, JIRA;
• Good business and technical writing skills;
• Good verbal communication skills
• Must be able to relate to multinational-based organizations and comfortable dealing with senior staff from different functional departments;
