JOB DESCRIPTION

The experts will prepare and implement adoption and change management plans and strategies to help personnel and external stakeholders transition to the new systems, processes and job roles. The expert will work with executive and business sponsors, managers and departmental champions to help them fulfill their roles as change agents.

JOB QUALIFICATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing organizational change, preferably with a Change Management certification, such as Prosci.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, leading, and coordinating organization-wide change management efforts, particularly of IT-based projects or initiatives
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Proficiency using MS Office
    • Experience with SharePoint and PowerBI is an advantage
  • Good organizational skills
  • People and Supervisory Skills:
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
    • Ability to communicate effectively at a number of different levels and methods
    • Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-moving, results-oriented environment
  • Experience with project management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools

Minimum General Experience   7 Years

Minimum Specific Experience (relevant to assignment) 5 Years
