BILLING AND COLLECTION SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Will be responsible in Monitoring, Creating and Sending Billing Statement to the members
- Responsible in updating the payment portal systems and database
- Reporting collections data with the Accounting for payment confirmation and database update
- Providing customer service if needed
- Responsible in maintaining the collection up to date and hitting its target margin
- Reporting with the COO and Sales and Marketing Department
- Responsible in checking, verifying and endorsement for the accuracies of all billing statement in and out of the company operations
- Can perform additional task that may be assigned by the immediate superior
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
- Candidate must be Accounting/Management Graduate or any related degree
- With at least 1 year experience in Billing and Collection
- With strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office application and basic editing
- Attentive to details and must possess strong analytical and decision making
- With excellent customer service attitude
- Can work with minimal supervision
