JOB DESCRIPTION
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Sell various types of HMO (health card) policies to businesses and individuals
- Manage quota and agency expectations.
- Meet and deliver policies to clients and explain coverages.
- Prepare OR, Remittance Reports, and process commissions. Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze health care programs and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
- Customize HMO programs to suit individual customers,
often covering a variety of risks. - Various sales activities
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Part-time / Commission based
- Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- No work experience required.
- Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, insurance
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Sales - Financial Services (HMO, Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
