JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service by means of assisting our clients with their queries via phone, SMS or email and resolve any emerging problems with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate or Undergraduate of any course
- Must have at least 1 year experience handling international accounts - but we do accommodate no experiences but with effective communication skills. specifically in English language
- Must be amenable to work in a graveyard shift
- Must have working knowledge with Microsoft tools
- An experience in a voice account/appointment setter is a plus
