We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures.
HR Specialist will be handling all aspects of human resources. They may have duties in all areas of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, as well as the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. HR Specialist should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

• Employee & Labor Relations

• HR Info System Management

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee benefits.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal or written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Team management skills.
  • BS Psychology or BS Human Resources Development.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
