JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Function:
Responsible for managing the company's administrative operations. Uses a operative approach, managing people and supervise the administrative services of NTC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Secure our company assets and properties of the institution
- Define and plan priorities for administrative related activities
- Analyze and advise on new administrative technologies that would be appropriate for the industry
- Build and manage a team, to maintain the performance of the administrative personnel
- Ensure our administrative personnel by training them in best practices in handling assets of NTC
- Ensure to compliance with legal and regulations set by concerning government agencies
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With 2 to 5 years of work experience in General Administration/Administrative
- Self-starter and can work with minimum supervision
- Can Manage and ensure the operations of the Canteen and Bookstore

A Force to be Reckoned With
In April 30, 2018, AC Education, Inc. (AEI or AC Edcuation), the wholly-owned education arm of Ayala Corporation, assumed ownership of approximately 96% of the outstanding voting shares of NTC. AEI was selected by the NTC Board and its shareholders through a competitive bid process.
Today, NTC continues to perform its share in educating and training teachers, administrators, supervisors, and other professionals who will serve in the interest of the Republic of the Philippines and the world at large.
