JOB DESCRIPTION
- Effectively lead a project team and/or work as a team member to manage all aspects of the company’s IT project implementation deliverables within agreed timelines, quality standards and budget parameters;
- Develop effective project implementation plans incorporating project deliverables, progress checkpoints, risk mitigation, contingency fallback measure, etc.;
- Design, develop and maintain C#, ASP.NET, Database based applications & solutions to end customers;
- Design Android/IOS based applications & solutions to end customers (optional);
- Perform requirement gathering and analysis and produce requirement specification of new and existing terminal projects;
- Analyse customer requirement and provide timeline and development effort needed to complete the project;
- Add real value to project implementation in terms of getting clients’ buy-in, resolving hiccups, addressing impediments, process optimisation and process automation;
- Perform research and development either to further enhance the host solution or to develop on new platform or model;
- Deliver all assigned tasks on time;
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Educational attainment - BS in IT, Computer Science or equivalent;
- At least 5-7 years related experience as software developer and 3-5 years in leadership roles;
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Java, C, C++, C# and .Net;
- Knowledge in mobile app development;
- Experience in client-facing duty;
- Must be amenable to work in Makati City;
- Must be willing to work on-site but flexible work arrangement is implemented based on government guidelines and announcements;
- Can start as soon as possible (urgent need);
