Job Description:
Recruitment
- Sources qualified applicants
- Screens and interviews applicants
- Schedules, conducts and/or evaluates results of pre-employment applications.
- Ensures availability of an active manpower pool
- Prepares employee agreement, issuance of uniforms and bank endorsement
- Prepares required company and government mandated reports pertaining to recruitment, resignations and/or terminations
Compensation & Benefits / Employee Relations
- Updates and maintains employee benefits, employment status and similar records
- Assists in monthly payroll preparation and administration
- Provides assistance in labor relation and administrative investigation proceedings
- Prepares certificate of employment of employees
Timekeeping
- Checks daily transactions on Daily Attendance Record.
- Safekeeps and issues timekeeping forms if needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder of any business course
- Has excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and use of office gadgets
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
