JOB DESCRIPTION
Mid. Software Engineers should possess technical excellence. They are expected to be more versatile and adaptable on the technologies that the company will be using. They should also be open to collaborate with other members and share or create new trends that might be helpful to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Debugs Legacy Projects
- Owner of wide codebase for future projects
- Teaches/handles the trainees (SE I to SE II) with a practice of good behavior
- Writes good specification and document of database
- Understands latest trend about technology
- Anticipates and handles bugs and technical difficulties
- Possesses empathy with the user of the software they are producing and uses that empathy as guide for decision-making
- Identifies problems/risks of own work and other’s
- Delivers almost bug-free system
- Initiates improvement among the team

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM - 5:30PM)
Location: WFH until further notice but must be amenable to work in Makati City
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Solid experience in software development technologies such as OOP in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Laravel, Docker, Amazon Web Service, API Development.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum Framework.
- Write well design Test Case
- Experience in Software Testing like PHP Unit.
- Experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
- Knowledgeable in Table Optimization
- Working Experience in source code management like Git
- Experience in mobile applications is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication skills
- Good internet connection (WFH setup)
