This level of position already has the fundamentals of the Software Development Life Cycle. They are the employees that already have experience on how to deliver a working software following global or company standards

Responsibilities:

• Writes correct and clean code with guidance; consistently follows stated best practices with minimum supervision
• PHP Unit, Unit Test and understanding Integration Test from QA
• Gives timely, helpful feedback to peers and managers
• Learns quickly and makes steady progress without the need for constant significant feedback from more senior engineers.
• Regularly delivers software on-time and is constantly working to make accurate estimates and deliver on those estimates.
• Writes small to medium clean and highly sustainable code
• Communicates assumptions and gets clarification on tasks up front to minimize the need for rework

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM - 5:30PM)

Location: WFH until further notice but must be amenable to work in Makati City

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Solid experience in software development technologies such as OOP in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Laravel, Docker, API development.
• Experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
• Experience in Agile / Scrum Framework.
• Working Experience in source code management like Git
• Experience in mobile applications is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication skills
• Good internet connection (WFH setup)
