JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience in following and extending standardized recipes, organizing and maintaining kitchen work stations, maintaining production and usage records, safe food handling, preventing food-borne illness, and sanitation techniques
- Ability to correctly identify product
- Must be able to prioritize work and execute tasks with speed and efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Male, Vocational Graduate of Culinary/Cookery with NC III holder is a plus
- Must be responsible and willing to assigned at any branch
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Must have 2-3 years experienced in cooking Asian Cuisine
- Knows how to cook Asian Cuisine
