JOB DESCRIPTION

  • All Sales transactions should be punched in the cash register after every sale and for each sale. Under no circumstances should money be put aside to be punched in later.
  • Money should not be placed in the cash register without being punched in. Only Cashier is the sole responsible for the cash register.
  • If an error is made it should be noted, and not made up on another sales. Each sale is punched in separately.
  • Ensure payment for rental of bowling shoes and safe keeping of bowling & billiard stubs. Refrain from alterations of all stubs records.
  • At the end of the shift the cash register is audited, your cash and credit sales should tally with the audit reading.
  • Whoever approaches the customer is the first image of the company. The center should be clean and well maintained. It should not be a gathering place for chit-chat. Don’t clutter counter with merchandize, coffee cups, ashtrays and other unnecessary items.
  • Keep the front desk attended at all times. (if you must leave the counter, make sure someone will take your place) say thank you after every transaction.

Puyat and Aristeo G. Puyat, who are carrying on the legacy of their late grandfather, Don Gonzalo Puyat.
